This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.
Hydrangea serrata Warabe is a Japanese Hydrangea with a compact rounded bushy habit and narrow green leaves. Produces small balls of pure white flowers from June to July. Flowers turn rose through to shades of red during the autumn. Likes a shaded spot.
