Hydrangea serrata
This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.
Hydrangea serrata Magic Pillow - Mountain Hydrangea is dwarf low growing Hydrangea forming pillow like mounds of green leaves covered with blue or pink lace cap flowers from July to September. Leaves become red and purple tints in autumn. Excellent for smaller spaces and containers or to use as ground cover. Flower colour is dependent upon soil type flowers will be pink on neutral to alkaline soils and blue on acid soils. Semi shade or dappled shade.
Eventual height up to 0.5 metres with a spread up to 1 metre.
