Hydrangea quercifolia
This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea quercifolia Munchkin is a dwarf compact dense rounded deciduous shrub with large pointed showy inflorescences of flowers opening pure white then turning to rich pink dark pink shades. The attractive oak shaped leaves open dark green in spring summer then turn red in autumn before falling. Has peeling brown bark in winter giving the plant all year round interest. The flowers hold up well in rain.
Eventual height up to 0.9 metres with a spread of up to 1.2 metres.
