Hydrangea quercifolia
This Hydrangea plant is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.
Hydrangea quercifolia Burgundy is a deciduous shrub with mid green oak shaped leaves turning red-bronze in autumn before falling. Produces long pointed white flowers in mid summer. The best quercifolia variety for autumn colour. Prefers a well drained humus rich soil in sun or part shade.
Eventual height up to 1.5 - 2 metres.
