This Hydrangea paniculata is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season in early autumn it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring from April. 

Hydrangea paniculata Little Lime Punch is a compact hydrangea with big dense full blooms of flowers opening lime green in summer. Then transforming to pink and red through the season. Flowers keep blooming giving a mix of pink, white, red and lime green shades all together. A long flowering variety similar to Little Lime. Can be planted in full sun or part shade conditions.
