This Hydrangea paniculata is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season in early autumn it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring from April. 

Hydrangea paniculata Little Fresco is a small deciduous shrub with narrow dark green leaves. Large panicles of cream white flowers with light green in summer turning to pink as they mature. Suitable for planting in full sun or part shade conditions.

Eventual height up to 0.8 metres  with a spread of up to 0.5 metres.
