This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea macrophylla White Wave is a medium sized deciduous shrub with dark green leaves and bluish-pink flat lace cap flowers surrounded with white florets in summer. Prefers well drained humus rich soil in sun to partial shade with shelter from strong winds.
