This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea macrophylla Tiffany Pink is a medium sized well branched deciduous shrub with small intensive green leaves. Produces small multi  flowered pink lace-cap flowers edged white in summer. Strong sturdy growth habit.
