This Hydrangea is a deciduous plants so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea macrophylla Speedy Red Blue is compact medium strong growing deciduous shrub with green leaves. Produces purple rounded mop head flowers in summer with excellent branching. Flower colour may vary with soil type.

Eventual height and spread up to 0.75 to 1 metre.
