This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea macrophylla Rouge Baiser is deciduous shrub with ovate serrated edged veined pointed green leaves. Produces large rounded clusters of red mop head flowers opening with green centres turning fully red with age.
