This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea macrophylla Red Ace is a bicolour hydrangea producing large balls of small red pink flowers with white edges in summer from July to August. The leaves are dark green and broadly ovate and the flower colour may vary with soil type.
