Hydrangea macrophylla
This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.
Hydrangea macrophylla Mini Penny is a compact deciduous shrub with glossy dark green leaves and a repeat bloomer. Produces large balls of pink mop head flowers from June to the frosts. Flowers will be blue on acid soils. Can be planted in full sun or part shade conditions.
