Hydrangea macrophylla
This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.
Hydrangea macrophylla Enziandom or Hydrangea macrophylla Gentian Dome is a bushy compact deciduous Mop head hydrangea with ovate green leaves turning reddish brown in autumn. Produces large rounded clusters of deep blue purple or deep pink Mop head flowers in summer. Flower colour will vary with soil type needs acid soil for blue flowers and will be deep pink on alkaline soil.
Eventual height up to 1.2 metres.
