This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea macrophylla Dark Angel Purple is a lovely lace-cap. The flat lace cap flowers open in shades of pink and then darken with age. The beautiful dark copper foliage keeps its colour well. In acid compost and treated.
