This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea macrophylla Dark Angel is a bushy rounded deciduous lace-cap Hydrangea with beautiful dark copper foliage which keeps its colour well throughout the season. The flat lace-cap flowers open in shades of pink in summer then darken with age. Part of the Black Diamonds Series.
