Hydrangea macrophylla
This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.
Hydrangea macrophylla Baron Pourpre is a deciduous shrub with broadly ovate veined pointed dark green leaves. During the summer large rounded clusters of small red purple mop head flowers appear. The red purple flowers open with white green centres and fringed edges.
