This Hydrangea is deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth the spring.

Hydrangea macrophylla Amour Toujours is a deciduous shrub with broadly ovate dark green leaves. Produces large rounded clusters, of small red mop head flowers opening with green centres in summer then gradually turning to red as the season progresses. 

Eventual height up to 1.2 metres.
