This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea macrophylla Sandra is a compact bushy upright deciduous shrub with ovate dark green leaves. Large flat white lace cap flowers on strong sturdy stems with pink flushed edges in summer.  Needs to be planted in part shade with morning sun only.  

Eventual height and spread up to 1 metre.
