This Hydrangea is a deciduous plant so during the dormant season autumn winter it will lose all its leaves shooting new growth in the spring.

Hydrangea arborescens Annabelle is a deciduous, medium sized shrub with dark green leaves and large, spherical white flower heads in summer. Prefers well drained humus rich soil in sun to partial shade with shelter from strong winds.  

Eventual height and spread up to 2 metres.
