Hydrangea anomala subsp. petiolaris is a self clinging, deciduous climbing Hydrangea that does well on shaded walls. Produces dull greenish-white lace-cap flowers in June. The flower heads are retained and turn brown in winter.  Leaves are dark green and heart shaped.
